The Bantam/Midget boys Elite Position Specific Spring Camp is second to none for position specific development and overall player development. This camp runs from April to June, with each week consisting of 3 on-ice sessions; 2 of which will be followed by a 30-45 minute dryland training session. Day 1 of each week will see all defence on one ice time, and all forwards on another for position specific skills and skating. On Day 2, forwards and defence will hit the ice together to compete in game situational skills and drills. On the 3rd day, players will apply the skills learned earlier in the week into actual game situations. Small area 3 on 3 games will be followed by a full ice scrimmage.

Prove your skills, and then prove your game at the T.A.C. 3 on 3 Tournament!
This 2-day tournament is dedicated to finding Calgary’s top Peewee, Bantam, and Midget players respectively, and showcasing them through T.A.C. testing followed by a 3 on 3 tournament. On day one, players will be put to the test as they go through our in-depth skills and FMS testing. This skills testing will then be used to draft players into equally skilled teams for the 3 on 3 tournament to be taking place starting on the following morning. On day two, players will compete for the tournament championship through a series of half-ice 10-15 minute games. This is your chance to show how your skills translate into high-intensity game situations.
This camp will test your mental skills, hockey sense and physical skills alike. Video review sessions and classroom sessions will accompany on-ice testing and games to create a complete learning and testing experience.
Stats will be kept through the tournament and prizes will be awarded to top players.

BWHS/TRIO MAIN CAMP

This will be the 9th Annual Trio Sports/Brad Werenka Hockey School and will be held at Brentwood Arena, Northmount Dr & 35st NW. This year we are excited to announce that our Main Camp format will be changed to match the Elite Camp. This means that players will be participating in ON-ICE SKILLS every morning and a GAME with video review each day. We strongly believe we are second to none in providing young athletes with the ultimate hockey school experience. The Main Camp for players and goalies is open to ages 6 - 14 of all skill levels (age exceptions within reason may be made). Participants are grouped according to skill level and age. This year, camp numbers have been reduced down to just three groups, making room for an Elite Peewee group. The Elite Peewee group is reserved for those who played AA, AAA or level 2 and up last season. Consideration will be made for another Elite group based on interest.

A limited number of spots will be available in the Elite Bantam and Midget program to be held at Brentwood Arena. This is the ultimate preparation camp for quadrant tryouts. Your Spirit will be inspired, your Mind will be sharpened and your Body and skills will be in peak form by the end of the week. Camp will begin each day between 8am-9:30am and end between 4pm-6pm (generally the younger players start earlier and end earlier). Camp is open to Elite Bantam and Midget aged players playing or trying out for quadrant hockey.

The Elite Girls program is designed for those female players looking to excel. Girls will especially appreciate our complete development program. It will begin each day between 8am-9:30am and end between 4pm-6pm at Brentwood Arena (generally the younger players start earlier and end earlier). The program is open to PeeWee, Bantam and Midget aged players.
